Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s with 2–6 years in patient services and/or access and reimbursement
• Bachelor’s with 4–6 years in patient services and/or access and/or reimbursement
• Associate’s with 8 years in patient services and/or access and/or reimbursement
• High school diploma / GED with 10 years in patient services and/or access and/or reimbursement
• Travel up to 50% may be required

Responsibilities

• Support patient access and reimbursement for infused and specialty therapies
• Educate on coverage requirements and prior authorization processes
• Educate providers and sites on therapy coverage pathways and reimbursement processes
• Assist in resolving access challenges and denied claims
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Case Management, and Site of Care teams
