Job summary

Amgen seeks a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to support patient access and reimbursement for infused therapies. You will educate providers and patients on coverage pathways, assist with prior authorizations, and work across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Case Management to resolve access barriers.

The role requires collaboration with field teams, adherence to HIPAA, and travel up to 50%. A relevant advanced degree with experience in patient services in access and reimbursement is

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent with patient services/access experience.
• Experience with buy-and-bill or infused therapies preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient access and reimbursement support for infused therapies.
• Educate providers, sites of care, and patients on coverage pathways.
• Resolve access barriers and assist with prior authorization processes.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Case Management.
