Two part-time shifts are available, mornings and afternoons, after a mandatory two-week on-site Epic training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Ability to use multiple data systems and basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics, insurance, and financial info.
• Cross-train to front desk, admitting, ED, and cash register areas.
• Serve as a Super User and train new caregivers.
• Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic.
