University Hospitals in Berea, Ohio seeks a Part-time Patient Access Representative for Radiology Registration. You will welcome patients, collect and verify demographic and insurance data, and support scheduling and billing tasks. 20 hours per week between 7:00am and 6:00pm; on-site role.

You will assist patients with MyChart, coordinate with care teams, and process payments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all records. EPIC familiarity is required to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualificações

• Good communication with patients and families.
• Experience in patient registration and billing workflows.
• Familiarity with EPIC and MyChart workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in/out patients professionally.
• Answer calls and help schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with MyChart enrollment and use.
• Enter and verify patient demographic, insurance, and billing data.
• Coordinate with providers and care teams to support care delivery.
• Contact insurance companies to resolve coverage or billing questions.
• Process patient payments (copays, coinsurance, deductibles).
• Assist with forms and required documentation.
• Manage EPIC workqueues and inbasket messages.
• Schedule referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Scan and upload documents into EPIC.
