Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital/clinic/customer service environment.
• Experience with patient registration or financial counseling preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and billing guidelines.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and schedule appointments or admissions.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles and self-pay portions; verify demographics.
• Input patient information accurately and verify insurance coverage.
• Balance cash drawer daily and perform deposits as needed.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support multiple functions.
