• Explain insurance benefits and collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay portions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and complete deposit procedures at shift end.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to support patient and payer experiences across encounters.
