• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance; obtain required signatures.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate cancellations/recalls; provide prep instructions.
• Greet patients and provide professional, helpful service; answer calls and assist patients.
• Monitor electronic health record work queues and follow department processes.
