Additionally, you will coordinate with clinicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of records, assist with scheduling and test preparation, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment with strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and patient billing basics.
