Responsabilidades

• Creates the initial electronic health record as the patient foundation.
• Checks in/registers patients; collects demographic and insurance data; discusses co-pays.
• Explains financial information and refers to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Schedules appointments and communicates test prep and arrival details.
• Provides courteous, professional service to patients and visitors.
• Monitors EHR work queues per department process.
