Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register and check in patients; verify demographics and insurance.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Use EPIC EMR and billing tools; assist in eligibility verification.
• Provide patient education on insurance coverage and payments.
