Job summary

CompleteCare is hiring a Registration Specialist to greet patients and register them accurately at check-in. You will verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and guide patients through kiosk registration, ensuring privacy and a positive office experience.

The role requires strong customer service, English literacy, and the ability to multi-task in a busy clinic. Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years as receptionist or cashier or related experience.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for services, entering demographics and billing data at check-in.
• Assist patients with kiosk registration and guide them through the process.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet patients politely in person or by phone.
• Maintain professional, confidential interaction with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays.
• Route messages to nurses and handle incoming/outgoing faxes.
