Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and billing procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize pre-registration, check-in systems, and communication technologies to facilitate efficient patient flow.
• Secure all required patient consents and attestations prior to treatment, ensuring documentation is current and compliant with regulations.
• Respond promptly and flexibly to changes in patient schedules, registration requirements, or administrative procedures.
• Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate patient appointments and address any registration issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy standards.
