Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with kiosk registration process and direct them within the building.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet patients and maintain professional demeanor.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays.
• Obtain patient signatures and scan documents; ensure confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Direct patients to appropriate areas and relay messages to nurses.
