Job summary

Community Health Care Inc. seeks a front desk/registration professional to ensure accurate patient information is collected at check-in and to enhance the patient office experience.

You will assist with kiosk registration, greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, obtain consents, and route messages to nurses in a fast-paced clinic. The role requires strong customer service, HIPAA compliance, and solid data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years receptionist/cashier or related experience; hospital/medical terminology preferred.
• English literacy and basic computer skills; typing 45 wpm; data entry; telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics and billing information at check-in.
• Assist patients with kiosk registration and direct to appropriate areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet patients politely in person or by phone.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Obtain consents, signatures, and scan documents into system.
• Route messages to nurses and forward faxes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and follow policies.
