• Registers patients at multiple locations and adapts to different department workflows.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance team collaboration and revenue cycle.
• Verifies eligibility for insurance coverage and determines patient liability.
• Escalates service issues to management when needed.
• Assists cashiering duties following established policies when required.
