Qualifications

• Greet and assist patients, collect demographics and financial information.
• Verify insurance benefits and handle billing information.
• Work with multiple departments to support patient flow and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Obtains demographic and financial data for registration, insurance verification and billing.
• Registers patients at multiple locations and supports patient flow across departments.
• Interacts regularly with other areas to provide information on delays and schedule changes.
• Verifies patient eligibility for insurance coverage and explains deposits or dues.
• Escorts patients and assists with mobility when needed.
• Escalates service issues to management when necessary.
