Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients presenting for visits and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; safeguards cash.
• Completes Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and adjusts coverage as needed.
• Instructs patients on consent forms, ABNs, and financial documents; ensures records are scanned.
• Maintains confidentiality and secure handling of patient information; supports scheduling.
