Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with computer systems including MS Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and collect demographic and insurance data.
• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; safeguard cash and reconcile cash drawer.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage scheduling changes.
• Explain registration process and obtain signatures on forms; ensure confidentiality and privacy.
