Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients by phone or in person to collect demographic, insurance, and other information.
• Engage patients to ensure a welcoming registration experience.
• Ensure referring providers' orders are complete and match the appointment.
• Scan insurance cards, scripts, patient IDs, and regulatory forms accurately.
• Obtain signatures for timely reimbursement.
• Determine and collect patient financial liability; create estimates.
• Refer patients to financial resources as needed.
• Review daily schedule for conflicts and coordinate with staff.
• Maintain registration accuracy.
