• Computer and typing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic and insurance information.
• Assists with registration, scheduling, and ensuring accurate patient flow.
• Verifies insurance and collects/communicates financial responsibilities.
• Maintains compliance with registration accuracy.
