Responsabilités

• Create and maintain the initial electronic health record for patients.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information; collect co-pays.
• Explain financial responsibilities and discuss payment options with patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements; obtain signatures as needed.
• Assist patients with appointments, portal usage, and test/preparation information.
