Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve registration or insurance discrepancies and communicate financial responsibilities to patients.
• Provide clear estimates of liabilities and collect payments at time of service.
• Answer inquiries, route calls, maintain a professional front-office environment, and participate in team huddles to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
