Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments using multiple healthcare systems.
• Process medical records and resolve registration or insurance discrepancies.
• Communicate financial responsibilities to patients and collect payments at time of service.
• Answer inquiries, route calls, and maintain a professional front-desk environment.
• Participate in daily huddles to ensure productivity and quality benchmarks.
