• Maintains patient accounts and secures financial arrangements on self-pay balances.
• Communicates coverage details and documents in patient accounts for staff.
• Monitors balances and informs patients of outstanding amounts.
• Responds to patient questions according to guidelines and procedures.
• Adheres to laws, regulations, policies and standards.
