Responsibilities

• Explain test preparations and arrival instructions to patients; provide directions and assistance.
• Greet patients and respond to routine information requests; assist with transportation or interpreter needs.
• Monitors EHR queues and follows department procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to resolve scheduling and billing issues.
