Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient access (scheduling, registration and financial clearance) experience preferred.
• Insurance verification or billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage flow to ensure efficient, courteous service.
• Verify and complete patient demographics and insurance information.
• Complete registration for walk-ins and update patient data as needed.
• Calculate and collect patient financial responsibility and coordinate with financial counseling.
• Refer patients to Financial Counselor when assistance is needed.
• Close visits, schedule follow-ups, and provide necessary documents.
