Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in and register patients, verify demographic/insurance information.
• Explain co-pays and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records.
• Use EPIC EMR to create and update patient records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate reminders.
• Assist patients with directions, transportation, and interpreter services.
• Monitor and manage electronic health record work queues.
