Hanger Clinic seeks a dedicated front office professional to ensure a smooth patient experience at our Orange, CA location. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, process payments, and schedule follow-ups related to casts, measurements, and prosthetic care plans.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, computer skills, and experience with medical front office procedures. A valid driver's license may be required; on-site position with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Must be able to handle patient information securely.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations.
• Verify demographics and insurance at check-in; handle registrations.
• Process payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) at the desk.
• Schedule follow-ups and prosthetic care appointments.
• Serve as liaison for patient experience programs and resources.
• Coordinate with RCM for patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
