Job summary

You will supervise the patient access team, ensure accurate registrations, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive registration and insurance verification experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; a four-year degree in business or healthcare is highly preferred.
• Minimum of five years patient registration and insurance verification in healthcare settings.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in healthcare; indirect leadership accepted if directly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient access operations and site-specific medical records management.
• Oversee registration quality, productivity, and customer service; ensure accuracy of daily registrations.
• Manage payments, deposits, and cash handling; coordinate with the dietician on nutrition services.
