Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work evening and night shifts weekly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients, directing them to appointments and procedures.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and benefits information.
• Check in and interview patients, complete required paperwork and financial forms.
• Explain cost information, collect co-pays, and discuss financial assistance programs.
• Resolve claim or registration issues and document in EMR.
• Provide customer service for inbound/outbound calls and schedule add-ons.
