Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related work experience.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains the registration process.
• Processes patient payments and safeguards cash and receipts.
• Completes Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and adjusts coverage.
• Obtains signatures on forms and records documents during registration.
• Counsels patients on non-covered services and ABNs.
• Monitors waiting area for smooth registration flow and informs patients of delays.
