Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains the process.
• Processes payments, co-pays, and balances; maintains secure cash handling.
• Verifies patient insurance and eligibility using real-time systems.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments across multiple sources.
• Maintains confidentiality and safeguards patient information.
