Responsibilities

• Register patients and explain the registration process.
• Process payments and co-pays; manage cash and reconciliations.
• Complete Medicare Questionnaire and verify insurance.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals; verify demographics and insurance.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
