Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.
• Strong multitasking ability and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and explain the registration process.
• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due.
• Verify patient insurance and scheduling information.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure patient information.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to schedule appointments.
