Qualifications

• Required: high school graduate and 2+ years of relevant experience, including PAC.
• Strong ability to work independently in a high-pressure healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with EMR and scheduling systems and clear communication.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and hospital coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff to direct locations.
• Greet, screen, and check in patients using scheduling systems.
• Assemble and distribute paperwork to patients and staff.
• Triages questions from callers and forwards to the appropriate team.
• Schedule treatments, consults, and referrals across departments.
