Responsibilities

• Schedules all patient appointments related to treatment and coordinates with other departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Identifies needs, answers questions, resolves problems, provides information, and follows up with patients or families.
• Updates patient demographics and insurance information in registration systems.
