Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BC minimum two years' relevant experience including PAC experience.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive healthcare environment with empathy and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor patient location flow by coordinating with clinical staff.
• Greet, screen, and check in patients using scheduling systems.
• Assemble and distribute paperwork to patients and staff.
• Triages questions and forwards to appropriate staff.
• Schedule all patient appointments related to treatment and referrals.
• Coordinate scheduling with other departments to optimize patient flow.
• Maintain relationships with patients, families, and providers; respond to needs and questions.
• Notify relevant staff about scheduling needs and changes.
• Help train new staff and cover cross-functional duties when needed.
