Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two years of relevant experience, including at least 6 months PAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical staff to direct and monitor patient location to maintain clinic flow.
• Greet, screen, and check in patients using scheduling systems.
• Distribute paperwork to patients and staff; triage questions to appropriate staff.
• Schedule all patient appointments related to treatment and external consults/referrals.
• Communicate scheduling needs with providers, technologists, and nurses; coordinate with departments for efficient flow.
• Assist with training of new staff and provide support across duties.
