Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinic flow with clinical staff and directs patient location.
• Greet, screen, and check in patients using an automated scheduling system.
• Assembles and distributes appropriate paperwork to patients and staff.
• Triage questions and forward to appropriate staff.
• Schedules all patient appointments and referrals; coordinates with departments.
• Works with patients, families, providers and staff to identify needs and resolve issues.
