Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3 years patient registration experience.
• Experience in physician office or hospital registration preferred.
• HFMA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain regulatory and departmental compliance.
• Backfill for staff during breaks and PTO/ETO.
• Provide coaching and feedback for staff on workflows.
• Train new hires on registration processes and systems.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.
• Utilize EPIC/Cerner and MS Office in daily tasks.
