Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Five years of physician office and medical experience required.
• Two years of front office supervision can substitute for five years' experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft products, CPC Practice Management System and EHR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel to satellite locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff and patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Oversee patient interviews, demographics, and admission data collection.
• Ensure cross-training across front office functions (records, insurance verifications, referrals).
• Monitor schedules, update practice management systems, and manage no-shows reports.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed to director.
