Qualifications

• Ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient access workflow and front desk operations.
• Review online scheduling platforms and report issues to Practice Manager.
• Ensure proper use of provider schedules, visit types, and appointment durations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Train and supervise administrative staff across locations.
• Improve patient satisfaction and reduce errors in workflows.
• Generate daily and monthly reports from EMR system (eCW).
