Qualifications

• One year of customer service work experience.
• One year of work experience as a Patient Access Representative II (or equivalent) or.
• Any combination of experience or education that would demonstrate the capability to meet the requirements of the position.

Responsabilités

• Register and/or check patients in/out, verify demographics and insurance.
• Process payments and arrange end-of-day reconciliations.
• Review referrals and pre-authorizations, and inform patients of insurance coverage.
