Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Patient Access Team Lead to provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and coordination for colleagues in the assigned area. You will supervise in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager and support staffing decisions to ensure smooth operation and excellent patient service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in patient access or related revenue cycle functions within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Patient Access, registration, insurance, revenue cycle, or related healthcare role.
• One year of leadership/supervisory experience in Patient Access or a similar department.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance for the assigned area.
• Coordinate staffing needs and assign daily work.
• Monitor patient volumes and adjust staffing to maintain efficiency and service.
