Job summary

You will work with the Patient Access Leadership to train staff, coach performance, and develop processes.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related fields and knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and hospital billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required or preferred in healthcare or business administration.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business fields preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification, and hospital billing.
• Advanced usage of AI for team management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with direct/indirect reporting staff.
• Provide training and monitor daily productivity and performance.
• Review reports and metrics for department performance.
• Schedule staff, minimize overtime, and manage on-call rotations.
• Assist with staff development and onboarding.
