Responsibilities

• Registration: Initiates and completes patient visit information per department protocol.
• Scheduling: Accurately schedules patient appointments per department standards.
• Insurance: Correctly documents insurance information to support proper reimbursement.
• Customer Service: Adheres to department guidelines to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Resource Management: Uses department resources and participates in team meetings to support the patient experience.
• Supports Organizational Goals: Performs functions per established policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor and identifies opportunities to improve Patient Access activities.
