Qualifications

• Preferred: 2 years hospital collection experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient demographics and insurance information into the registration system.
• Take and deliver messages promptly with necessary information.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations with documentation.
• Work with providers, nursing staff, and billing to support care coordination.
• Assist with scheduling diagnostic procedures.
