Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in patient financial services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient demographics and inputs into EHR accurately.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits; provides financial counseling when needed.
• Explains patient financial liability and assists with payment plans or Banner Financial Assistance.
• Delivers excellent customer service and ensures compliant documentation.
