Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collect payments and discuss financial assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient check-in/check-out and data collection.
• Handles payments, validates insurance, and schedules appointments.
• Communicates clearly with patients, staff, and providers.
• Explains patient financial responsibility and options, including assistance programs.
• Counsels patients on coverage, billing procedures, and referrals/authorizations.
