PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to act as the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey.

You will handle insurance verification, authorizations, scheduling, and patient communications while supporting billing and collections in a fast-paced environment. PT Solutions emphasizes ongoing training, mentorship, and career progression within a nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma is required (submission of diploma will be required).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow insurance verification and/or benefits management processes
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments
